Pet Policy

17 Market West is a pet-friendly community where cats and dogs are welcome! We allow a maximum of 2 pets per household. Cat pet rent is $35 per month per cat and dog pet rent is $50 per month per dog. There is also a non-refundable $500 one-time fee required for each household with pets. There are no breed restrictions or weight limits. We do not allow exotic animals or other types of pets. Please reach out to our leasing team if you have additional questions about your pets.
